Education:
∎ Bachelor of Social Science (Pass), Bachelor of Social Science (BSS)
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 3 Years of experience in a garments/textile factory (preferred).
∎ Sound knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Good communication and documentation skills.
∎ Familiarity with RSC (Ready-Made Garments Sustainability Council) guidelines is an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure factory compliance with environmental laws, RSC requirements, and international standards.
∎ Monitor and report on environmental performance, including water usage, air emissions, and waste management.
∎ Implement and maintain ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System.
∎ Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and inspections.
∎ Coordinate environmental training and awareness programs for employees.
∎ Liaise with regulatory bodies, auditors, and stakeholders.
∎ Support energy efficiency and pollution prevention initiatives.
