Job Responsibilities.
Export
Online booking, Export document prepare , document submit to the bank & follow up to receive the payment.
Prepare all type of export documents for woven Garments for different buyers.
Make Commercial Invoice, packing List, CO, GSP, and Collect BL.
Submit Documents to bank (BL, FCR, TT, and LC Documents Collection TT, LC, Other documents from Bank.
Communicate with Freight Forwarder, C&F, and Buying House Related shipment related issues.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Should have experience with online EXP issue from the Bangladesh Bank Web Portal.
Arrange Shipping details such as export license, custom declarations, packing and routing of goods.
Prepare Commercial invoice, packing list, and detailed packing list for export and ensure online shipment booking & documentation for Export.
On-time data entry in ERP Export.
Cash Incentive Process
Prepare and submit the necessary documents to banks for cash incentive claims.
Verify all supporting papers (EXP, Bill of Export, Invoice, Packing List, BL, etc.) before submission.
Maintain proper records of incentive files for audit and compliance purposes.
UD (Utilization Declaration) Management
Apply for UD against export orders from BGMEA/BKMEA.
Ensure accurate declaration of fabric, accessories, and raw materials consumption as per the buyer’s requirement.
Coordinate with merchandising and commercial teams for UD approval before shipment.
Keep track of UD balance and ensure compliance with bonded warehouse rules.
Bank & Regulatory Liaison
Communicate with banks, customs, and concerned authorities for UD approval and incentive issues.
Resolve discrepancies raised by banks or regulatory bodies regarding incentive claims or UD documents.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all documents comply with the Bangladesh Bank, BGMEA/BKMEA, and customs rules.
Update management on policy changes related to cash incentives and UD.
Reporting & Record Keeping
Maintain up-to-date files of UD, Incentive claims, and approvals.
Prepare periodic reports on incentive status and UD utilization for management review
