We are looking for Fluent English Speaking Customer Care Representatives to join our growing team. Our mission is to deliver outstanding service by providing accurate and prompt assistance to patients and ensuring their satisfaction with our healthcare partners.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from US patients with professionalism and empathy
Answer patient queries clearly and accurately
Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining service quality
Ensure a positive experience in every patient interaction
Properly document call details and outcomes in the system
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Honors preferred)
Fluent English speaking skills (mandatory)
IELTS Speaking score of 7.0 or above will be given priority
Strong communication and listening skills
This is a full-time night shift position (aligning with US working hours). Candidates must be comfortable working at night.
