Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• At least 12 years

• Age 30 to 45 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): ISP, IT Enabled Service, Hardware, Software, Networking;
• Candidate must reside near factory;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and troubleshoot technical issues;
• Ability to work under pressure & take challenges;Required good combination and communication skills;
• Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task.

• Provide technical support and assistance, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems, workstation and networks;

• Manage & Support Mikrotik and Cisco Firewall

• Windows and Linux Server Installation, Configuration and Maintenance

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and resolve technical problems in a timely manner;

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, including hardware, software, and network components;

• Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights, ensuring compliance with company policies and security standards;

• Identify, diagnose and resolve hardware & network problems;

• Maintain CCTV system;

• Assist in the deployment and installation of software applications, including updates and patches, and ensure proper licensing and documentation;

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, IPBX and Wi-Fi access points, to ensure security, optimal performance and connectivity;

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, procedures, and configurations;

• Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and resolutions;

• Support the implementation and enforcement of IT security policies and procedures, ensuring the protection of company data and infrastructure;

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to contribute innovative ideas and recommendations for continuous improvement;

• Server database backup and disaster recovery Communicate with IT related service providers to ensure smooth service.
