• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• Age At least 26 years

• Proven track record in steel structure product sales
• Should be proactive, innovative and energetic.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Should have the ability to handle pressure and take the challenge.
• Advanced knowledge in computer software including MS Word, Excel & Projects.

• Generate queries from various sources like corporate houses, public sector companies, private sector companies, individual, government organizations as per sales activities.

• Raise Project Information Forms (PIF) for design and estimated calculations based on the customers` requirements.

• Assess the cost of projects evaluating both the customers need and business profits.

• Prepare technical proposals/offers for both existing and potential customers.

• Coordinate with customers effectively to reach a suitable design drawing.

• Follow up with the design team for AB drawing/Approval drawing/detail drawing

• Organize with erection team and follow-up erection work to meet deadline as per schedule.

• Develop new potential markets and build relations with both existing & new customers.

• Provide prompt service to customers according to their necessity.

• Visit project sites if and when required as per job situation.

• Ensure all documentation are updated and generate various periodic reports to present the progress of the projects to management.
