Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network.
∎ Monitoring and troubleshooting LAN/WAN connectivity.
∎ Configure and monitor mikrotik router, Cisco Switch and Net gear router.
∎ Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks.
∎ Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
∎ Dedicatedly work for upgrading Office IT related equipment.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
∎ Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
∎ Preserve assets, information security and control structure.
∎ Manage & maintain all type of IT equipment and software at meeting room.
∎ Set up new users' accounts and profiles such as outlook, Solve password issues of user's about mail.
∎ Monitor network connectivity to ensure all of services are up.
∎ Evaluate and modify system's performance.
∎ Repairing & Replace equipment as necessary.
∎ Office 365 install and troubleshoot.
∎ Manage and Maintain IT inventory with keeping proper record.
∎ Look after the CC camera, server, network security, Back-up procedure, attendance systems and prepare proposals to upgrade those in a regular interval.
∎ Support the in-house Approval Management System and manage and coordinate the people who are relating to AMS.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, ISP, IT Enabled Service
