Education:
B.Sc. Engineering in Mechanical/Materials and Metallurgical/Relevant Discipline from reputed university.

Atleast 2 years of experience in quality control in an agricultural machineries/heavy machineries/automobile factory.
Flexibility to work in a heavy industry environment and able to reside in Manikganj.
Strong understanding of welding standards, machining tolerance, fabrication process etc.
Responsibilities & Context:
ACI Motors Agri Machinery Factory is hiring a young engineering graduate for its factory quality control process. Major Responsibilities are -
Ensure in-process product quality and 7 QC tools related activities.
Approve/reject raw materials, castings, fabricated components and Finished Goods based on technical specifications and sampling plans.
Ensure 4M (Man, Machine, Material & Method) in place before production,
Define, modify and enforce in-process quality checklists, hotspot zones and control points & train new employees on inspection and repair procedures with operational standard.
Design and authorize quality test protocols for new products or modified parts.
Escalate persistent quality issues to cross departments (R&D, Production, Planning, Store) & implement 5s, kanban and kaizen lean tools.
Generate daily quality reports & submit to factory management.
Ensure proper adherence to SOP & improve quality control methods of the factory products.
