Responsibilities & Context:
Performing Maintenance, project, design & regarding activities
Solving relevant problems & developing safe, simple, cost-effective solutions
Carrying out various tasks considering the safe, smooth, and efficient operation of production
Performing installations, piping, modification & commissioning activities
Estimating material consumption & analyzing costs for ongoing activities &
projects
Working in a team of the mechanical workforce (Includes Engineers,
Supervisors, Fitters, etc.)
Monitoring third-party/ EPC activities & workforce on ongoing projects
Ensuring proper safety of both human lives & factory during maintenance
operations
Maintaining interdepartmental communications
Preparing monthly work plans & budgets for the mechanical department
Maintaining activity logbook, checklist, reports, & other departmental
documents
Ensuring preventive/ predictive/corrective maintenance of mechanical
machinery
Analyzing root causes & downtime of breakdown
Monitoring mechanical inventory of the mechanical department
