General HR, HR Operations, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Organizational Development, Performance Management System
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the onboarding process for all new joiners, streamlining positive experience from the start of the journey.
∎ Assist in driving digital HR experience in understanding and completing proper plotting of requirements and implementing them through dedicated vendor.
∎ Drive employee engagement initiatives across the organization through collaboration with HR Business Partners.
∎ Measure Employee Engagement status for the organization, ensuring proper health checks for the organization and suggest action plans to improve experience.
∎ Host event and celebrations at workplace on special occasions.
∎ Look for innovative ways of improving employee experience through process introductions/revisions, digitization and taking employee feedback at regular intervals.
∎ Oversee and manage any employment offboarding processes, to ensure these are done in the most professional and efficient manner.
∎ Own and prepare workplace policies that impact experience and concern employees.
∎ Organize job fairs at universities to attract young talents.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1-4 years of professional experience in the field of HR Services/operations
∎ High level of interpersonal skills to maintain discretion when handling confidential and sensitive matters
∎ Ability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organization
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills with experience in facilitation and presentation to drive meaningful change
