We are seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager for our Electromechanical Department. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 6 years of professional field experience in the real estate or developer company.

• Supervise and monitor house wiring works, ensuring the proper and quality installation of electrical equipment in residential and commercial buildings.
• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project execution.
• Inspect and review electromechanical drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.
• Support project planning, progress monitoring, and reporting to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
• Provide technical solutions for site-related issues and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
• Sound knowledge of electrical drawing and design preparation using AutoCAD software.
