Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and confirm orders
Reply to customer messages professionally and promptly
Manage courier and delivery process efficiently
Update and manage products on the company website
Maintain daily sales and inventory reports using Microsoft Excel
Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to achieve targets
Ensure smooth customer experience and order processing
