  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls or queries

  • Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide product/service information and assistance

  • Maintain customer records and update details as needed

  • Collaborate with different departments to address customer concerns

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and strive to improve service deliver.

  • Provide product recommendations and handle queries about our products.

  • Operate the company`s Facebook page and CRM App.

  • Communicate with Customer

  • Convince Customer for up-sale
