∎ Handle inbound and outbound customer calls or queries
∎ Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
∎ Provide product/service information and assistance
∎ Maintain customer records and update details as needed
∎ Collaborate with different departments to address customer concerns
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and strive to improve service deliver.
∎ Provide product recommendations and handle queries about our products.
∎ Operate the company's Facebook page and CRM App.
∎ Communicate with Customer
∎ Convince Customer for up-sale
