Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Denim Washing (Dry Process), Different Wash specially
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Washing Factory

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Wash production management.
∎ Make a Production plan according to the shipment date.
∎ Make a monthly budget regarding manpower and stationery goods.
∎ Overall dry process production follow-up.
∎ Make a process-wise production report.
∎ Training arrangement to make multiskill operators.
∎ Hourly production target setting according to SMV.
∎ Always follow & ensure SOP for smooth production
∎ Solve the problem which comes from running bulk Production.
∎ Responsible for preparing a different type of whisker pattern, destroying, tagging & set up placement
∎ of different dry processes, operational areas as per buyer supplied sample.
∎ Preparation of Spray solution (Potassium permanganate, Resin, Color, etc) depending on the intensity of the supplied sample.
∎ Ensure excellent housekeeping & responsible for it
∎ Archive daily production target and company goal.
∎ Save costs by reducing manpower and technical work.
∎ To maximize total production with quality.
∎ To utilize manpower properly.
∎ To coordinate and allocate the workers according to their skill.
∎ To coordinate Foreign Technician & Buyer
