Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handling issues, including troubleshooting hardware/ software or network problems.
∎ Investigating root causes of incidents that go beyond simple fixes.
∎ Implementing workarounds while awaiting permanent solutions.
∎ Collaborating with other IT teams for problem resolution if necessary.
∎ Skills: Advanced technical knowledge in specific systems or technologies, diagnostic skills, and experience in problem management
∎ Examples of Tasks: Resolving application errors, diagnosing server issues, and restoring disrupted services.
∎ Responsibilities:
