Additional Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in topographic surveying and survey design.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD 2D.
  • Basic knowledge of ArcGIS.
  • Experience with Total Station, Leveling, and Digital Theodolite.
  • Proficiency in using RTK/GPS/GNSS for surveys.
  • Strong ability in topographical survey, layout planning, plot survey, contour survey, and cross-section & earth volume calculations.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Bengali and English, both written and spoken.
  • Certifications: Any relevant certifications in surveying and design software are an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct topographic surveys and create detailed survey designs using AutoCAD.
  • Prepare and revise engineering drawings, maps, and layouts from rough sketches and specifications.
  • Interpret and apply data from various sources such as Total Station, GPS, RTK/GNSS, and Digital Theodolite to develop accurate designs.
  • Perform calculations for earth volumes, contours, and cross-sections.
  • Convert Mauza maps to digital format.
  • Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and project managers to ensure precise and efficient project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards in all survey and design activities.
  • Maintain and update project files and documentation.
