Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Must be able to read and write English
Job Context:
∎ Planning and selling transportations, Hotel & Holiday Packages and other travel services.
∎ Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations
∎ Providing relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travelers
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and sell transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services
∎ Attend phone calls of existing clients to solve any issues/queries and make phone calls to potential clients.
∎ Must be experienced Visa Consultant, worldwide Immigration, Visit & migration visa process
∎ Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations
∎ Provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travelers
∎ Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees
∎ Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
∎ Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
∎ Attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends
∎ Enter data into our software and maintain client files
∎ Network with tour operators
∎ Maintain statistical and financial records
∎ Meet profit and sales target
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ One male & one female

∎ Experience Requirement:
∎ 5+ years' experience in Domestic tour & travel industry
∎ Demonstrated successful sales history in the travel industry
∎ Excellent communicator; good public speaker and ability to develop and deliver presentations to both agency and consumer audiences
∎ Strong initiative and self-starter
∎ Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Performance bonus, Profit share, Medical allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
