  • Negotiation skill as well as written & verbal communication both in Bangali and English.


Responsibilities & Context:

A reputed Group of Companies is looking for a professional, energetic & experienced candidates for it's Head Office, located at Dhaka.

Candidates who have experience in HR, Administration, Compliance & Bangladesh Labour Law with reputed Organization/ Group of Companies/ Large NGO are encouraged to apply immediately.

Responsibility:

  • Assist to planning manpower and talent acquisition.
  • Analysis on employee turnover and take appropriate actions to reduce.
  • Assist to develop policy, procedure and SOP regarding HR and Admin.
  • HR ERP Software handling.
  • Separation and final settlement.
  • Grievance & compliance.
  • Handling Bangladesh labour law.
  • Handling disciplinary issues such as show cause, counseling/warning, investigation/inquiry, etc.
  • Prepare all kinds of Office Orders, Notices, Notes & Letters.
  • Prepare various reports.
  • Dealing with all regulatory documentation.
  • Maintain liaison with govt./ various regulatory bodies/chambers/associations.
  • Any other relevant assignment.
