Responsibilities & Context:
  • To create new distributor at vacant area for expanding market share.
  • To perform market development related initiatives according to the given instructions of the superiors.
  • Plan and achieve new Dealer network expansion target by monthly, quarterly and yearly with searching new customer.
  • Maintain new dealer inquiries & application data.
  • Developing market for Household Appliance Products ; increasing sales within the defined territory.
  • Setting the marketing strategy by analyzing the competitors activities and accordingly generate the prospect of sales.
  • Achieving Monthly Sales and Collection Target.
  • Monitor daily sales tracking and sales variance.
  • Frequent market visit and market opportunity assessment.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supervising sales & distribution of the region.
  • Forecast for Sales and Collection, plan consequently to meet the assigned targets.
  • Develop business plan and identify sales strategy to comply with competitors for maximization of Company's goals and profitability.
  • Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and sales- collection commitment of officer to the achievement of Territory/ Region objectives and targets.
  • Provide report on target, performance and justification for business outcome.
  • Regular reporting to the top management on periodical Sales and Collection performance.
  • To perform any other assignment as assigned by the concern authority in time to time.
