∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Experience Area: Tyre Industry, Tube, Automobile, Lubricants, Chemical Industry, Pharmacy, Non-RMG sector, Manufacturing company.
∎ Leadership skills
∎ Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Knowledge in Microsoft office & internet.
∎ Reports writing skills.
∎ Should have positive attitude.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure sales target as per business plan and ensure achievement accordingly on daily, weekly, monthly basis.
∎ Support the process of sales and collections forecast for customers;
∎ Ensure growth of dealers including facilitation of sales, credit management, stock rotations, and collection.
∎ Market survey by field visit & find out potential clients.
∎ Motivate sales team to get the work done & achieve the target.
∎ Monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting of individual & group targets and corporate goals.
∎ Monitoring competitor activities and devising effective counter measures.
∎ Handle claim products, resolve sales related issues by coordinating with supervisor.
∎ Handle claim products as per company policy.
∎ Establish practice of regular reporting to supervisor(s) in a concise and clear manner.
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by your competent authority.
