Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: FCA,Charted Accountant
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for accounting, finance, costing, strategic planning, contract analysis and negotiations, investment, all VAT taxation and treasury functions.
∎ Oversee the monthly variance analysis of actual operating, capital and project spending vs. plan, forecast and prior year; including responsibility for driving budgetary and cost control.
∎ Prepare and manage the annual budget, including revenue projections, expense forecasts, and capital expenditure planning. Monitor financial performance against the budget and provide regular updates to senior management.
∎ Responsible for all statutory and internal audits
∎ Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS etc.;
∎ Manage the company's cash flow, including optimizing working capital, monitoring liquidity, and ensuring the availability of funds for daily operations and strategic initiatives.
∎ Responsible for Cost of goods sold (COGS) includes all of the costs and expenses directly related to the production of goods.
∎ Handle asset turnover ration as per business plan.
∎ Maintaining books of accounts, accounting ledgers and worth evaluation.
∎ Good negotiation skill to deal with the related stakeholders, likes bank, financer, donors, investors, regulators, auditors, lawyers, etc.;
∎ Sound knowledge of core Risk of financial institutions e.g. Credit Risk, Asset liabilities manage Risk, ICC Risk and ICT Risk etc.
∎ Responsible for supporting to the TAX, VAT consultant to submit company’s tax return, TDS, & VAT return.
∎ Well conversant with bank companies Act, Financial institutions Act and related Bangladesh Bank guidelines, LC, Custom & Duty.
∎ Have good knowledge in report writing which generates external financial statements, such as income statement, balance sheet, statement of cash flows, statement of stockholders' equity, Profit & Loss statement, and costing.
∎ Gathering and monitoring financial data e.g. sales revenues and liabilities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be Qualified Chartered Accountant CA/ FCA.
∎ Masters/MBA in Accounting/Finance.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance, Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Financial Consultants, Group of Companies.
∎ Have analytical skills in Accounting and Finance, Accounting Software, ERP, Product Costing and budgeting.
∎ Minimum 15 years Experience from any reputed Organization.
