∎ New Grameen Motors Ltd is the fast-growing company in the automobile industry of Bangladesh. It has been Manufacturing H Power brand Two- Wheelers & Three- Wheelers since 2000. To meet the growing market demand, we are in a process of strengthening our human resources. Currently we are looking for highly motivated personnel for the following position.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka/ Other districts
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is completely target-oriented and has to manage proactive sales to ensure sales and collection target are achieved within planned time frame.
∎ Responsible for overall sales, communication, market visit/planning, competitors offering analysis, market demand analysis.
∎ Lead and Hire experienced Sales.
∎ Prepare sales reports and analysis report for senior management.
∎ Ensure the successful achievement of the company's sales goals across all its territories.
∎ Monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly budget preparation.
∎ Formulate sales strategy and action plan to initiate rapid business growth and national target achievement.
∎ Train, teach and monitor the whole sales team on a daily basis to ensure consistent implementation of best sales practices.
∎ Forecasting and achieving the sale target of the company.
∎ Carry out sales analysis, business analysis, market analysis, competitor analysis to increase market share.
∎ Submit Daily Sales activity report to the Management.
∎ Handle Credit Recovery related issues.
∎ Develop and execute appropriate promotional plans and strategies to create demand of the products.
∎ Monitor, Motivate & inspire the sales team to achieve individual sales target.
∎ Prepare and produce reports as required by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 03 years (Flexible for highly educated person)
∎ Applicants have ability to work all over the country.
∎ Must have skill to ride motorcycle smoothly.
∎ Physical fitness is basic requirement for this position.
∎ Job nature is outdoor.
∎ Computer Literacy: MS Office (Excel/Word/Power Point),
