Must have practical experience in managing and supervising a minimum of 4–5 super shops/retail outlets.
Must have a proven track record of successfully managing sales operations, store operations, workforce management, and achieving business targets across multiple branches.
The Manager – Sales & Marketing is responsible for driving sales growth, increasing customer footfall, enhancing brand visibility, and executing marketing strategies for the super shop. The role involves managing promotional campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, vendor partnerships, loyalty programs, and sales performance to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Monitor daily sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Analyze sales data, customer purchasing trends, and market conditions.
Coordinate with store operations teams to maximize sales opportunities.
Ensure effective product assortment, merchandising, and promotional displays.
Design and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
Plan seasonal, festive, and special promotional activities.
Manage social media marketing, digital advertising, and local marketing initiatives.
Conduct competitor analysis and market surveys.
Identify emerging consumer trends and customer preferences.
Recommend pricing, promotional, and product strategies based on market insights.
Build relationships with suppliers, brands, and promotional partners.
Negotiate marketing support, sponsorships, and joint promotional activities.
Monitor customer satisfaction levels and feedback.
Lead and mentor sales and marketing staff.
Prepare and manage annual marketing budgets.
