∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a leader of branch, build up strong sales planning for all sales personnel and regularly monitor them so that they can meet daily and monthly sales target.
∎ To plan & execute the sales distribution strategy & execution in zone & territories.
∎ To organize the work priorities, lead the zonal sales team & sales activities to increase the sales volume and sales margins by the high level of service to the existing customers.
∎ To generation of new customers and opening up of new territories within the regions
∎ Regular visit to distributor and retailer houses to maintain liaison,
∎ Find the Market Opportunity & fill the area of such.
∎ To create demand for your products.
∎ Ensure all the sales targets & plans to be achieved & communicated clearly among the sales team.
∎ Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
∎ Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products & services.
∎ Confer or consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications
∎ Prepare and submit report to HO and management regarding any activity of branch office
∎ To ensure proper monitoring with the juniors to achieve sales target
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the MD
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to communicate in English ( Speaking & writing)
∎ Have to known Motor bike driving
