Job Responsibilities:
∎ District Coordinator will responsible to coordinate with Divisional and District level administration and government officials of CMPCs.
∎ District Coordinator will maintain regular liaison with DC's.
∎ Support to conduct national conference/workshop.
∎ Organize District and Divisional level workshop with the coordination of MoWCA.
∎ Provide technical assistance to the district administration for conducting six-monthly and annual progress review meetings of district implementation plans to combat CEFM, including mitigation measures for the impact of natural disasters.
∎ Organize and conduct training and workshop on Child Marriage Prevention Committee's (CMPC) capacity building and National Plan of Action for preventing Child Early and Forced Marriage (CEFM)
∎ Organize Orientation workshop with district CMPC committee representatives on CMRA 2017, GE, CP and roles and responsibilities.
∎ Finalize divisional level government officials and district CMPC representatives.
∎ He/she will take initiative to functional and motivate District level CMPCs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and well-developed written and oral communications skills in English and Bengali
∎ Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Practicing gender and cultural diversity
∎ Able to drive motorcycle and will have valid driving license.
Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
