Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc preferable in Physiotherapy, OT with 3 years experiences. OR Diploma in Physiotherapy have 5 years experiences.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate all aspects of the disability inclusion in the livelihood project
∎ Disability assessment and planning for address different events & activities
∎ To oversee the running different project activities considering disability
∎ To create, develop and manage the disability strategic directions by the project management & donors.
∎ Organize and deliver regular disability reporting and case studies
∎ Ensure that all level of disability access and facilitate for mainstreaming
∎ Knowledge about law of disability, 2013
∎ Gender and child friendly resilient
∎ Programming, Planning and implementation
∎ Capacity building of staff, relevant stakeholders and participants
∎ Advocacy, Networking and Liaison with different stakeholder and strategic partners.
∎ Share the update project information and receive necessary feedback/suggestion to implement the project effectively.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly work plan & reports to accomplish the targeted project activities.
∎ Necessary & effective coordination with GO, NGOs, UPs, Donors and relevant stakeholders
∎ Project duration: Up to 31 December 2020
Additional Requirements:
∎ Have working experiences on social work, psychological works, disability inclusion and disability care related activities/events.
∎ Strong team management skill.
∎ Interested to frequent field visit.
∎ Computer knowledge on MS Office, MS Excel, Power Point and Internet applications.
∎ Able to drive motorcycle with valid driving license.
Salary: Tk. 45000 (Monthly)
