Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute the plans and reach the target set by the Company.
∎ Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production target with buyer required marketing department.
∎ Ensure smooth execution of agrochemical production of the factory as per the management demand.
∎ Responsible for operation and operational staff control and management.
∎ Manage all tasks for smooth production.
∎ Lead all production staffs from the front and having a good command of them.
∎ Ensure complete tasks to make finished goods from raw materials.
∎ Achieve maximum production by cost minimization.
∎ Ensuring Optimum utilization of man, machine & material for higher productivity.
