Job Context:
∎ Execution of global operational initiatives to achieve the goals and objectives set forth by the Senior Vice President of Global Sourcing
∎ Identify and ensure business effectiveness and efficiency office, relative to sourcing and supplier administration support

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support VP of Global Sourcing
∎ Oversee and supervise operations, office and supplier administration teams
∎ Oversight and manage operational and administration activities
∎ Drive business efficiency and operational consistency
∎ Drive and deliver the initiatives of the global sourcing strategies
∎ Provide long term access to sourcing capabilities that are aligned with merchants, HR, Legal, and Operations
∎ Cultural Leadership
∎ Office morale and associate engagement in a matrix environment
∎ Office team activities, associate recognition, diversity
∎ Committee activity support
∎ Operational Leadership
∎ Business execution in hubs supporting Product Leads
∎ Partial business KPI and financial P&L performance management
