Job Context:
∎ Poisa Bazar super shop (A Sister Concern of Ashiyan Group) is one of the biggest & leading conglomerates of Bangladesh. Poisa Bazar Super shop always searches for highly motivated & proactive professional to boost up its business growth. The position of Director/GM-Super shop (Poisa Bazar). We will play a significant role to handle day to day Marketing and Operational task of the concern.
∎ We are looking for person with 10 to 15 years of experience in prominent Super shop/Retail Shop/Chain Shop in Bangladesh. People with experiences are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicant should have ability to achieve monthly sales target.
∎ Overall management responsibility for operation of retail grocery store, including store performance, control of cash, budget, inventory/security, customer services, and management of staff.
∎ Focus on positive customer service/satisfaction experience and ensure that employees provide customers with superior customer service through use of best practices and communication of the importance of superior customer service
∎ Maintain, encourage and possess an "owner mentality"
∎ Track, analyze and take action to improve store performance by forecasting of weekly/daily sales goals and meeting or exceeding established goals.
∎ Communicate sales goals, department performance and sales opportunities, shrink, out of stock with staff to ensure positive results.
∎ Identify areas for improvement and cost control by implementing action plans and procedures to address issues.
∎ Forecast, create schedule, and monitor labor to be consistent with store sales, productivity guidelines and wage budgets; create action plan to address cost control issues.
∎ Monitor product display accuracy and appearance to implement promotions ensuring presentation, pricing and signage are properly displayed and presented according to established practices and plans and ordered in a manner to maintain in-stock conditions.
∎ Ensure cashier accountability, scanning accuracy and adherence to company security and cash control procedures.
∎ Monitor and build relationships with all vendors to ensure proper adherence to our standards.
∎ Oversee all departments (Sales, Service, and Parts) to ensure profitability and efficiency..
∎ Prepare new product selling plans for product introductions in cooperation with senior management.
∎ Set the quarterly, half yearly & yearly sales targets.
∎ Generate monthly reports which highlight: Plan vs Achieved Sales..
∎ Manage daily operations, recommend and create improved course of action where necessary.
∎ Responsible to control expenses and maintain customer satisfaction (CSI).
∎ Build strong customer relationships.
∎ Manage company processes.
∎ Stay current on market knowledge.
∎ Create a positive sales culture for the team focusing on employee retention.
∎ Respond to customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
∎ Daily report to management to target Vs sales status, overall market and others competitor situation.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
∎ Strong Computer skill & able to work under stress.
∎ Excellent analytical and time management skills.
∎ The applicants should have experience in running a Super Shop independently and must have sufficient knowledge in overall supervision and operation of the Super shop/Retail Shop/Chain Shop.
