∎ In depth knowledge in Export/Import Policy, SCM, HS Code
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Good planning and organizational skills.
∎ The ability to work under pressure.

∎ Strong team building and leadership skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.
∎ Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met
∎ Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service etc.
∎ Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
∎ Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management·
∎ Follow-up of all Liaison Office of Buying Company/Shipping Lines/Forwarder/Insurance related job.·
∎ Control CNF & Transport activity for inbound and outbound of goods timely.·
∎ Guide team members regarding Bonded Warehouse Management (i.e. Bond Audit, GB, UP, Renewal, and Entitlement etc.).·
∎ Manage Banking functions. Manage Customs, Excise & VAT related issues.·
∎ Guide team members and closely followed-up of Bangladesh Bank, BIDA, NBR, EPB, BGMEA, BKMEA, and CCI&E related jobs.·
∎ Analyze & recommend comparative statement for management decision/ approval regarding issuance of PO/WO & coordinating with Buyer & Vendor for effective supply chain.·
∎ Manage sourcing of raw materials, capital machinery, and spares as per requirement.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management time to time.
