Proven experience managing multi-location showrooms

Experience in retail expansion and store launches is highly desirable

Strong leadership and people management skills

Deep understanding of retail KPIs and inventory management

Excellent planning, execution, and follow-up discipline

Strong negotiation and location analysis skills

Comfortable working with ERP, Excel, and MIS dashboards

Willingness to travel extensively across Bangladesh



Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

1. Showroom Operations Management

Oversee daily operations of all furniture showrooms

Ensure smooth functioning of:

Sales operations

Inventory handling

Cash, billing, and documentation

Store cleanliness, display, and visual merchandising

Ensure showroom SOPs are followed uniformly across all locations

2. Sales Performance & KPI Control

Monitor showroom-wise and salesperson-wise:

Sales targets vs achievement

Conversion rates and average ticket size

Product movement and slow-moving items

Implement performance KPIs and incentive structures

Take corrective action on underperforming showrooms or staff

3. Inventory & Stock Control

Maintain optimal inventory levels across all showrooms

Coordinate with factory, warehouse, and logistics teams for:

Stock replenishment

Inter-showroom stock transfers

Reduce stock aging, damages, and pilferage

Ensure accurate stock reporting and reconciliation through ERP

4. Showroom Administration & Compliance

Supervise showroom managers and administrative staff

Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, discounts, and approvals

Control showroom expenses and budgets

Coordinate with HR on hiring, training, attendance, and discipline

5. Customer Experience & Brand Standards

Ensure a consistent premium Hatim Furniture brand experience

Monitor customer complaints, feedback, and after-sales coordination

Improve showroom layout, product presentation, and service quality

6. Retail Expansion & New Showroom Development

Identify potential locations for new furniture showrooms

Conduct feasibility studies including:

Footfall analysis

Market demand

Competitor presence

Rental and operating cost analysis

Coordinate showroom setup, staffing, inventory planning, and launch

Track performance of newly opened showrooms

7. Reporting & MIS

Prepare and present:

Daily/weekly/monthly showroom performance reports

Inventory aging and stock movement reports

Expansion and capex proposals

Provide actionable insights to top management
