 Create diverse content including Social Media Posts, Write original content related to

beauty & skincare products for social media (AI-generated content is strictly NOT.

allowed).

 Research industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior to generate fresh content

ideas.

 Regularly monitor Facebook page posts, comments, and inbox.

 Reply to customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

 Remove spam, inappropriate, or irrelevant comments and maintain page discipline.

 Communicate with customers following the brand tone and guidelines.

 Report important customer complaints or issues to management.

 Maintain a clean, professional, and positive image of the Facebook page.
