• Must be a practicing Chartered Accountant from ICAB in the age of 45-50 years having minimum ten (10) years as a practicing member in Audit. Required leadership skills to guide the FRM&PR department for inspection of practicing firms. Previous expertise in CA firms’ inspection and diversified knowledge about quality of reporting of different entities will be taken into account.

• Having expertise in the application of audit software will be an added qualification. Good interpersonal skill, IT skill and competency of written communication in both English and Bengali are essential. Strong leadership skills and expertise in managing a large pool of CAs are required. High ethical standard and integrity would be a mandatory requirement. Candidates who applied for the same position earlier, need not apply this time.

Position: Director/Additional Director, Head of Financial Report Monitoring and Practice Review Department (FRM&PR), Division: Technical & Regulatory.

Functions: Lead, monitor, supervise and develop the FRM&PR department as the departmental head, work in the area of financial report monitoring and audit practice review in compliance with IFRS, ISA, quality control standards and other relevant standards, rules and regulations and any other activity as per the direction of the higher authority.

The Employment will be on Contractual Basis.
