∎ At least Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed Polytechnic Institute.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct involvement in construction works, plan & examine the construction related works;
∎ Assess challenges & potential risks of the planned construction work and plan accordingly;
∎ Responsible for field supervising of construction works in line with the approved drawing, design & architectural layout, electrical & plumbing works as per approved technical specification;
∎ Capable to handle labour works and monitor and supervise the related parts of the project work as per company policy;
∎ Have experience on project planning, organizing, supervising, scheduling & coordination;
∎ Quality control, site safety, define the problems & identify the target for improvements;
∎ Materials in and out, report on maintenance with costing;
∎ Follow up the details works of programs & contractor's manpower;
∎ To ensure timely completion of work as per plan;
∎ Have immediate decision-making ability and hardworking;
∎ Manage and oversee day-to-day construction and management of the construction work;
∎ Monitor and report to the Management of project details & (technical) including progress, risks and opportunities in a timely manner.
∎ Ensures all changes to specifications as per field requirement, working scope and drawings are documented.
∎ Monitor the approved budget according to the progress of work;
∎ Regular supervision & monitoring of construction works at field level to ensure quality of work;
∎ Ensuring quality of materials & collecting construction sample materials and testing sample as per specifications;
∎ Execution of work, record & report on daily progress of work as per the schedule;
∎ Preparation & placing of requisition of materials for procurement;
∎ Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications and approved standards specifications;
∎ Verification of quality & quantity of materials from the suppliers;
∎ Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other construction challenges that may arise;
∎ Bill & voucher checking for stage of works of contractors/supplier;
∎ Perform other related activities duties as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Have practical experiences on building construction and work independently;
∎ Have experience to work in the remote areas;
∎ Having valid motor cycle driving license;
∎ Preparation and submission of reports;
∎ The Candidate must have good understanding on construction, architectural and plumbing design as well as good idea on electrical design;
∎ The candidate must have ability to identify construction mistake during construction work and correction of those;
∎ Portray effective leadership to ensure positive customer experience through motivating and inspiring team work;
∎ Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop etc.;
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
∎ Sincerity in working with team;.
∎ Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc.
∎ Practicing gender and cultural diversity.

Salary: Tk. 60000 (Monthly)
