Responsibilities & Context:

Build and manage strategic partnerships that expand ACI`s digital ecosystem, enhance customer value, and accelerate business growth. The role focuses on identifying new collaboration opportunities, developing joint initiatives with technology and service partners, and driving innovation through ecosystem-

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Identify, negotiate, and close B2B partnership opportunities with relevant industries.

  • Develop joint go-to-market strategies, bundling opportunities, and co-branded campaigns.

  • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key partners.

  • Track, analyze, and report revenue contribution from partnerships.

  • Explore new partnership models such as affiliate tieups, marketplace integrations, and loyalty coalitions.
