∎ Minimum Bachelor majoring in Wet Processing.
Job Context:
∎ Robintex Group is a 100% export oriented knit composite business in Bangladesh since 1996. It is a Bangladesh-Germany joint venture capable of exporting four million pieces of ready-made garments every month to worldwide the most prominent apparel brands. The company is currently looking for a dynamic professional for its Digital Printing Unit.
∎ Job Location : Factory site
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of samples as per buyer's requirement and obtain approval.
∎ Possesses comprehensive knowledge on digital printing procedures.
∎ Understands various types of printing designs and use of associated software(s).
∎ Skilled in operation of digital printing machines of European origin.
∎ Conversant with the pre-treatment processes of fabric preparation i.e. singeing, sourcing, beaching, OBA etc.
∎ Capable of following up stages of fabrics preparation in accordance with quality and compliance parameters.
∎ Monitors and guides team members in the digital printing section and makes use of their full potential.
∎ Supervises and administers the team activities of digital printing unit to ensure productivity and quality standards.
∎ Knowledgeable on chemical padding of fabric i.e. chemical recipe, costing parameter, fabrics selvedge, functions of chemical and cutting processes etc.
∎ Knows to maintain consistency of color and shades of printed materials.
∎ Leadership in the maintenance of machines and its records keeping.
∎ Capable to develop and implement SOPs and operational manuals for gamut of digital printing section.
∎ Assist business team/merchandisers in costing/pricing for colorants and chemicals.
∎ Maintain weekly/daily printing production plan based on the shipment schedules.
∎ Understands technical reports from Laboratory and apply knowledge to practical printing for achieving quality in the output.
∎ Ensure all safety compliances of production floors and maintain clean and tidy site.
∎ Able to identify training needs and imparting training of printing staff and workers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Substantial practical experience in digital printing, particularly with machines of European brands i.e. Reggiani, Durst, MS etc.
