Responsibilities & Context:

Job Purpose:

The Digital Printing In-Charge is responsible for overseeing all digital printing operations, ensuring high-quality output, timely production, and efficient machine utilization. This role involves managing printing processes, supervising operators, maintaining equipment, and coordinating with other departments to meet production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Supervise and manage day-to-day digital printing operations.

·       Production related all SOP follow up and maintain properly. Follow up the plan and plan execution.

·       Operate and monitor digital printing machines to ensure smooth production.

·       Ensure printing quality meets company standards and client requirements.

·       Coordinate with design, merchandising, and production teams for job execution.

·       Plan and schedule printing jobs to meet deadlines.

·       Monitor machine performance and ensure proper maintenance.

·       Troubleshoot printing issues and take corrective actions.

·       Maintain records of production, machine usage, and material consumption.

·       Ensure proper use of inks, fabrics, and other printing materials.

·       Train and guide printing operators and helpers.

·       Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies.

·       Strong technical knowledge of Atexco machine operation and maintenance.
