∎ Master's Degree in Mass Communication/ Journalism or related subjects from recognized university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
NGO, Research Organization
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assignment time will be 10 months
∎ Minimum Qualification and Experience in 10 years
∎ Must have a broad understanding and aware of emerging trends in digital media.
∎ Experience in running at least the three recognizable campaigns.
∎ Experience in producing communication materials, including preparing copy, script, and prior reading for digital and social media
∎ Experience in producing communication materials for and running campaigns at face book and YouTube.
∎ He or she must be capable of simply a complex issue for the audience.
∎ Experience must include performance in short videos, document-drama, animations, and be aware of latest trends development sector.
∎ Sound knowledge about folk/community activities
∎ Assist the Audio-Visual/Film Specialist in preparing and developing the electronic and print media short videos, document-drama, animations
∎ Assist to quality of the short video and visual content of the website
∎ Information programs for awareness raising issues.
∎ Provide all types of necessary supports to the Project office
∎ Willing to work in a team
∎ Prepare all periodic reports on project.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the superior
Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 years of proven experience in the field of social and development communication, campaign and awareness raising
∎ Reviewing performance appraisal in a participatory way and developing carrier path through appropriate training.
∎ Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Always maintain and follow Child Protection policy in all aspect
∎ Practicing gender and cultural diversity
∎ Experience in working as part of a team
∎ Willing to work with partially flexible work hours
∎ Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc
Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
