• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology

• Age At least 25 years

• WordPress Development (Theme & Plugin customization, speed optimization, and security setup)

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP (basic to intermediate level for front-end and back-end customization)

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): On-page SEO, Off-page SEO, Technical SEO, and Keyword Research

• SEO Tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush (optional)

• Social Media Marketing: Facebook/Meta, Instagram, YouTube campaign management and content strategy

• Video Editing: Basic video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Canva Video, or Adobe Premiere Rush

• Graphic Design: Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools

• Website Development (WordPress):

  • Design, develop & maintain WordPress websites

  • Customize themes and plugins

  • Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility

• SEO Implementation:

  • Conduct on-page & off-page SEO

  • Perform keyword research, backlink building, and technical audits

  • Work with .htaccess, robots.txt, schema markup, and structured data

• Performance Monitoring:

  • Use Google Analytics, Search Console, etc., for tracking and improvement

  • Monitor speed, uptime, and site health

• Digital Marketing Support:

  • Assist in running social media campaigns and paid ads

  • Collaborate in content planning, SEO blogs, and strategy execution

• Cross-team Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with designers and content creators

  • Align web and marketing efforts with business goals
