∎ A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing
∎ Proven experience in a senior digital marketing role.
∎ Experience in managing and leading a digital marketing team.
∎ Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and social media advertising platforms
∎ Must have working knowledge of design-related software like Photoshop, illustrator, premier pro/after affect

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
∎ Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
∎ Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
∎ Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on these insights.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to maintain WordPress website and create landing pages and enhance user experience.
∎ Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels and touchpoints.
∎ Oversee and manage all digital marketing channels (e.g., website, blogs, emails, and social media).
∎ Maintain a strong social media presence across all digital platforms.
∎ Lead and manage the digital marketing team to ensure the success of campaigns.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
∎ Must have expertise in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro).
∎ Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Editing and crafting raw footage into polished, professional videos, and reels for social media.
