Job Context:
∎ At least two years of proven working experience as a digital marketing manager.
∎ Experience setting up and optimizing tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Adroll, MailChimp, SemRush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, etc.
∎ Top-notch English - grammar and self-expression must be on a super-high level.
∎ A solid understanding of WordPress, plugins, and how the ecosystem works with its opportunities and limitations.
∎ Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
∎ Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute all digital marketing through Google Ad words, Social Media, Blogs, Website & Email, etc., to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
∎ Measure and report all digital marketing campaigns' performance and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
∎ Build partner base (referrers, resellers, affiliates, etc.) and managing the profitable relationship.
∎ Analysis and Write content for SEO and Social networking accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Linked In, etc. Create and edit posts, videos, and other content.
∎ Assist SEO campaigns with on- and offsite optimization efforts and improve SEO ranking and sales.
∎ Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
∎ Utilize the solid analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 45000 (Monthly)
