Position Overview
We are seeking an innovative and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital presence of a prominent foreign lifestyle and wellness brand in Bangladesh. This role requires expertise in digital platforms, content strategy, paid advertising, and analytics to build strong brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth in the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
Manage digital channels including social media, search, display, email, and e-commerce platforms.
Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
Oversee content creation for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines while adapting to local audience preferences.
Collaborate with creative and design teams to develop engaging visuals, videos, and campaign materials.
Monitor customer engagement, analyze digital performance metrics, and prepare periodic reports for management.
Implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve search rankings and organic reach.
Manage influencer and partnership marketing to strengthen brand visibility in Bangladesh.
Coordinate with international stakeholders to align on brand messaging, seasonal launches, and campaign strategies.
Stay updated on digital trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
Prior experience in promoting beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands to design campaigns that resonate with target audiences is preferred
