Job Context:
∎ Seeking an experienced and dynamic performance creative marketing leader with deep knowledge of managing search engine optimiztion, online ad promotion, paid social, programmatic and affiliate marketing for growing, facebook and social media marketing
∎ The role will be responsible for executive and administrative support for creative marketing leadership as well as providing oversight and reporting for key marketing initiatives. This includes schedule coordination, team meeting management, travel planning, budget and expense reconciliation. In this role, the candidate will work in and as the Creative Marketing team to ensure effective collaboration and determine schedule prioritization. This person would also work on the team liase with internal groups such as legal and PR, and external groups such as guilds necessary approvals. Successful candidates excel at building working relationships and have a demonstrated ability to get the right things done quickly and effectively. Meticulous attention to detail, willingness to solve hard problems and operating independently are all highly valued skills.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage performance marketing programs including paid search and shopping, programmatic display, affiliates, partnerships and social
∎ Oversee key 3rd party partner relationships and service providers that support customer acquisition and retention efforts in marketing channels
∎ Implement new strategies and run tests to optimize for high quality and high-volume traffic to our website and social media pages as well as our digital sales drive maximum and brand appropriate ad coverage managing to efficient ROI
∎ Collaborate with marketing partners across to uncover new opportunities and develop integrated marketing programs
∎ Lead, supervise and mentor marketing channel managers in support of their career development
∎ Implement analytical and financial rigor in program management across total marketing portfolio
