Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create, update, and promote content across various social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, and more.
∎ Actively administer our social media accounts, ensuring engagement and top-of-mind presence.
∎ Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns and strategies.
∎ Develop event and promotion calendars to drive brand visibility.
∎ Conduct in-depth market research to uncover trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
∎ Utilize research findings to enhance our marketing strategies.
∎ Assist in crafting compelling digital content for our website, social media, and email marketing.
∎ Proofread and ensure the quality of content in both English and Bengali.
∎ Join us in planning and coordinating marketing events and promotions.
∎ Prepare speeches, pitches, and engagement dialogues for effective communication.
∎ Keep our marketing databases and customer contact lists organized for targeted outreach.
∎ Provide valuable insights based on social media engagements and audience behavior.
∎ Assist in the creation of various compelling presentations tailored to our target audience.
∎ Support day-to-day administrative tasks and other marketing-related activities.
∎ Play an active role in lead generation and focused group discussions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Strong communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
∎ Ability to conduct thorough market research.
