∎ Qualifications:
∎ Open to freshers with 1 year of experience in digital marketing. Your prior work experience is not a determining factor for us as long as you possess the necessary qualities and an openness to adapt and learn.
∎ Preferably a graduate in Marketing/CSE/SWE from a reputable university. Your academic background or degrees are not important to us as long as you have a strong ability in your field and a desire to grow and improve, regardless of your GPA or high school math grades.
∎ Knowledge of Meta business suite, ads manager, Facebook pixel, and Conversion API
∎ Hiring based on cultural fit, not skills
∎ Must have a learning attitude
∎ Must be a team player and value team achievement over personal achievement
∎ Content enthusiast with a good sense of humor
∎ Strong script writing, ad copy, and content production skills
∎ Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google ads is a plus
∎ Customer relationship management skills
∎ Strong interpersonal skills
∎ Excellent speaking and writing proficiency in English and Bangla
∎ Organized with the ability to prioritize effectively.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and manage content and scripts/copy for ads and social media posts
∎ Implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies
∎ Provide engaging text and image content for Facebook and Instagram
∎ Drive in-house video production efforts
∎ Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
∎ Plan and execute meta marketing initiatives, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
∎ Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
∎ Utilize analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints
∎ Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption.
