We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-oriented Digital Marketing & Brand Growth Specialist to lead and execute our digital marketing initiatives. The selected candidate will be responsible for strengthening brand positioning, managing multi-channel digital campaigns, and driving measurable business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in managing paid and organic digital marketing channels.

  1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across Facebook, Google, YouTube, and other relevant digital platforms

  2. Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and conversion performance

  3. Plan seasonal campaign strategies aligned with product launches and fashion calendar events

  4. Manage and enhance brand consistency, visual tone, and storytelling across all digital platforms

  5. Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with brand positioning and marketing goals

  6. Monitor website performance, customer behavior, and conversion funnel using analytics tools

  7. Analyze marketing data and prepare performance reports based on KPIs (ROAS, CPA, Conversion, Revenue Growth)

  8. Work closely with creative, content, and management teams to execute marketing campaigns effectively

  9. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new digital growth opportunities

  10. Stay updated with fashion industry trends, digital marketing trends, and platform algorithm updates

  11. Utilize AI tools and marketing automation solutions to improve campaign performance and workflow efficiency
