• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla.

• Age: 18–28 years.

• Basic computer proficiency and sound knowledge of social media platforms.

• Ability to work responsibly, follow instructions, and adapt to roster-based duties when needed.

1. Respond to customer calls and messages promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Receive, confirm, and process online orders accurately and in a timely manner.

3. Follow up with existing and previous customers over phone calls and messages to maintain long-term relationships.

4. Record, analyze, and report customer feedback, queries, and complaints to management for service improvement.

5. Prepare regular reports on customer service performance and key service metrics.

6. Assist with inventory coordination and order fulfillment as required.

7. Ensure compliance with office policies, discipline, and a professional working environment.

8. Perform roster duties, including shift adjustments or additional responsibilities when required by business needs.

9. Carry out any other duties assigned by the Department Manager from time to time.
