Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Buying House, Garments Accessories

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Bachelor in any discipline/B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from a reputed university.
• Having a professional certificate in fashion related field will add an extra advantage.

• Age At least 28 years
• Only Male

• Must have Garments related work experience & able to work at Factory Level.
• Must have Strong knowledge of negotiation & pricing.
• Prior experience in product development, fashion production, or merchandising is preferred.

• Collaborate with design teams to develop samples as per company’s requirements, reviewing and approving them to meet quality and specification standards while suggesting improvements aligned with market trends.
• Prepare cost sheets, negotiate prices, and handle order confirmation.
• Must have a vast knowledge of costing and be responsible for all types of costs.
• Participate in creating, launching or implementing new products.
• Participate in cross-functional activities to execute product development plan.
• Follow the developments/sampling in such a way that the given garment price and submission date can be achieved
• Ensure the right fabric quality, colour, trims, and construction detail are followed by factory to achieve the correct samples
• Keep sharp eye on current fashion trends to update own development range for buyer and market expansion on fabric/embellishment/styling/wash/dry/process
• Develop Fabric/ Trims/ Accessories as per customer's quality standard
• Work closely with the design, production and quality assurance team to develop prototype of the new product.
• Circulate product-related updates, approval status, best practices and methods to maintain with each relevant department.
• Participate in quality assurance process.
• Generate products and services from inception to commercialization for interdepartmental circulation and customers.
• Responsible for processing orders independently on product development.
• To arrange all kinds of yarns, fabrics & accessories both from local and foreign sources as required for sampling and production.
• To act as a coordinator among all concerned parties with a view to ensure timely execution and shipments of order.
• Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
• Any other task is given by the management.
