Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive traffic, engagement, and revenue.
∎ Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, including creating and publishing content, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.
∎ Optimize the company's website for search engines, including conducting keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
∎ Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive sales.
∎ Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between digital marketing efforts and overall business goals.
∎ Monitor and analyze the success of digital marketing campaigns, and adjust strategies as needed to meet performance targets.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving results.
∎ Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising.
∎ Experience with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
∎ Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
∎ Candidate must have his or her own laptop.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ As per company policy
