Education:
  • Bachelor`s degree in Human Resource Department or any discipline, Business Administration from Reputed University.

  • MBA degree preferred. PGD in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Compliance or Industrial Management will be an advantage.

  • Record keeping attributes - policy, procedure & SOP, Administration documents.

  • Self-driven and innovative attitude and have problem solving and decision making skills with capability to work in teams.

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills. High level of integrity and confidentiality.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

  • Retired Army personnel (Major or Above) required for this position.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast manpower requirements and design workforce strategies.

  • Act as a strategic advisor on HR and administrative matters to the leadership team. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure timely onboarding of skilled manpower. Build a pipeline of skilled and semi-skilled employees for factory operations.

  • Establish partnerships with local institutions and agencies for workforce development. Foster a positive workplace culture that enhances employee engagement and productivity.

  • Address and resolve employee grievances promptly, ensuring fairness and compliance with labor laws. Draft, review, and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with legal and operational needs.

  • Supervise trade license renewals, statutory compliances, and legal documentation.

  • Develop and implement a robust Performance Management System (PMS) to evaluate and enhance employee performance.

  • Identify skill gaps and organize training programs for employee development and up skilling. Oversee the day-to-day administration of the factory, including office hygiene, maintenance, and security.

  • Manage employee facilities such as transportation and accommodation. Coordinate with internal audit teams to ensure compliance in HR and administrative processes.

  • Take corrective action on issues such as fake attendance, blacklist repeat offenders, and enforce disciplinary measures. 

  • Prepare and present regular reports on HR metrics, manpower status, and administrative efficiencies. Maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders.

  • Any other task assigned by the Management time to time.
